Automatic sending
For people who send letters regularly. You sign in with your email only – no password.
- Every monthFor example the same notice to tenants. When uploading a document, choose “Every month” – we send it again every month on the same day.
- By emailForward an email with a PDF to your personal Letterino address. We print and send it as soon as you have confirmed.
- From a folderPut a PDF into your Dropbox folder “Letterino”. We collect it and send it as soon as you have confirmed.
Security: letters sent by email or from the folder are never printed without your confirmation. We send the confirmation link only to your own email address.
What does it cost?
The same as a single letter: A Mail from CHF 4.90, registered mail from CHF 11.90, depending on the number of pages; you see the amount before confirming. No basic fee and no subscription.
Can I stop at any time?
Yes. Monthly letters stop with one click, and the Dropbox connection can be removed the same way. We delete your account on request.
Who can send a letter in my name?
Nobody. Emailed letters are only accepted from your own address and printed only after you confirm via the link in your email.
