How do I write the address?
In the format used in the recipient’s country. We add the country automatically as the last line, in capitals, as the Universal Postal Union requires.
Can I send registered mail abroad?
To Germany and Spain, yes (to Germany from CHF 9.10). In Germany it is an "Einwurf-Einschreiben": tracking number and delivery confirmation, but no signature from the recipient. In Spain the recipient signs for it. To all other countries we send an ordinary letter without a tracking number.
What happens if the letter cannot be delivered?
The postal service reports it as undeliverable, usually because of a wrong address. We let you know by email. The letter is not returned but destroyed unopened – so check the address before you pay.
Do I need stamps or an envelope?
No. Printing, envelope and postage are included in the price.
